How do I check in?

Guests are encouraged to complete pre-registration before arrival. Instructions for key card collection will be sent via email to ensure a smooth self check-in.

What if I arrive late?

Late check-in is supported. Please follow the access instructions provided after pre-registration to enter the property and collect your key card.

How do I access my suite?

Access is via a secured key card system. Lift access is restricted to your assigned floor for added privacy and security.

How often is housekeeping provided?

Housekeeping is provided once every 3 days. For stays of 4 nights or more, cleaning will be scheduled on the 3rd day. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.

Who can I contact during my stay?

You can reach us anytime via WhatsApp using the QR code provided in your suite for assistance.

What if I lose my key card?

Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or the provided contact details. A replacement can be arranged, and charges may apply.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?

Extra services such as additional housekeeping, replacement key cards, or special requests may incur additional charges.
