Terms of Stay
Effective date: May 1, 2026
1. Reservation Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed upon:
- Successful payment OR
- Valid credit card guarantee (depending on rate plan)
2. Rates & Charges
- All rates are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)
- Inclusive or exclusive of taxes as stated at time of booking
- A Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night will be collected upon arrival for non-Malaysian guests, in accordance with Malaysian government regulations
3. Payment
- Payment terms vary by rate plan prepaid
- Major credit and debit cards are accepted
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in and check-out times are stated in your booking confirmation
- Front desk operates from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Guests arriving outside operating hours must inform us in advance
5. Guest Requirements
- Valid identification is required upon check-in
- Occupancy must not exceed the allowed capacity per suite
6. Changes & Cancellations
- Policies vary depending on the selected rate plan
- Please refer to your booking confirmation for exact terms
7. No-Show
- Failure to check in without prior notice may result in applicable charges
8. Refunds
- Refunds are processed based on the selected rate conditions
- Processing time may vary depending on payment provider
9. Group & Extended Stays
Separate terms may apply for:
- Multiple room bookings of 9 & above
- Corporate stays
- Long-term or relocation stays
10. House Rules
- Guests are expected to respect the property and other occupants
- Smoking, parties, or misuse of the property may result in additional charges
11. Damages & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
- The property is not responsible for loss of personal belongings
12. Agreement
By confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms of Stay and the booking policies of your selected rate.
